For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Romanian Law 506/2004 on the processing of personal data in the electronic communications sector, iDevelop SRL is the data controller for any personal data set or read via cookies on this site.
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device (computer, tablet, phone) when you visit it. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences, or to collect information about how you use the site. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixel tags — we treat them in the same way as cookies in this policy.
This site is mostly static and currently does not require any strictly necessary cookies for its core functionality. We do use browser local storage to remember your cookie-consent decision (key: idev_cookie_consent) so the banner does not reappear on every page. This is a first-party technology, requires no third-party transfer, and exists solely to honour your choice — it is not subject to prior consent.
If you click Accept in the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site (traffic sources, page views, session duration). We have configured GA4 with IP anonymisation and without Google advertising features (no Google Signals, no ad personalisation). If you click Reject, Google Analytics is not loaded at all and none of its cookies are set.

Google may transfer analytics data to servers outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You can review Google's own policies at policies.google.com/privacy.
The first time you visit the site you will see a banner with two equally prominent options: Accept and Reject. Your choice is stored locally on your device and remembered on subsequent visits. You can change your mind at any time by opening the panel — also permanently available in the site footer — which reopens the banner. You can also clear the idev_cookie_consent key from your browser's local storage to reset the choice.
You can additionally block or delete cookies directly in your browser settings. Note that blocking all cookies may affect other websites.
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of your personal data, as well as the right to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@idevelop.dev.
